Here are four of the company’s key CSR levers:
- Measuring and reducing our environmental impact: In its annual environmental report to the VINCI group, Secure monitors and reports major incidents, energy and resource consumption, waste management and best practices. Concrete actions implemented include the collection agreement with Elise Méditerranée for recycling paper waste, ink cartridges, neon lamps, batteries, cans and plastic bottles.
- Guaranteeing good working conditions: Secure regularly organises sessions on workplace health & safety, conducts in-house surveys, has implemented a substantial training policy, systematically includes the issue of work-life balance in annual reviews, and has set up a remote working agreement.
- Diversity: 2 key strategies for Secure, which greatly invests in welcoming young people via work placements, internships and apprenticeships, AND in collaboration with work centres for disabled people (ESAT) and social integration companies (such as Elise Méditerranée)
- Fighting against corruption: the company pursues the significant commitments of the VINCI group, particularly by training employees who also all sign the code of ethics.
